First company I called to come out to unclog my basement drains couldn't unclog them. Said I needed to have my cement floor tore up to repair the drain or possibly a pipe. The cost would be approx. $2000.00. Called Modern and Wayne came out and immediately unclogged both drains. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He also saved me over $2000.00!!
