These people really know their plumbing. They have a very knowledgeable staff that is willing to help you figure out exactly what you need. They also offer plumbing service if you aren't looking to top do it yourself. Especially for those hard top find items that you can't find at the big box stores they usually have what you need and if not they can order it for you.

It's a shame that paying customers get treated like this before they even get the work done. I called Walters Plumbing because my heating and cooling company (Hodgsons) recommended them. That was the beginning of the run a round! Dennis was my connection at Walters Plumbing and if the owners knew how poorly his customer skills are, they would never let him wait on anybody! Dennis told me he would call me back with a quote due to a special part that was needed. he never called! Wednesday 3:00 no call, Thursday no call, Friday no call, Monday noon no call, so i called but no Dennis until after 3:00 pm but he will call you.....NO CALL! Tuesday noon no call, so i called and Dennis is there and willing to speak to me! Dennis's opening line......"i lost my notes" but the part you need is 4 weeks out. I don't know about your family but I cannot go without hot water for 4 weeks. One call to Able Heating and Cooling and they have the special part.....side bar heat exchanger.....IN STOCK! Shame on Dennis and Walters Plumbing for employing Dennis......

They carry almost everything and if it isn't in stock they can order it on a manageable timeline. Their staff is super knowledgeable.
