We had them come out to service our central air unit before turning it on for the season. Guy was very polite and was done in a timely manner. Will use them again if need be.

Very unprofessional company. No one answers their phones and there is no answering machine turned on. Technician came to my house to give me an estimate on new central air conditioner. He was very nice. After 2 weeks of calling for my estimate, the lady that FINALLY answered the phone said she would have it to me by the end of the day. After not receiving the estimate, I tried calling back for another 2 days without anyone answering the phone, she finally called me and said they were declining the work at my house because it was something they didn't want to get into. It was only putting in a new air conditioning unit. I thought that was their business. I do not recommend this company at all. Very poor service and very poor office staff.

Doug's plumbing always give an honest quote without asking for unnecessary repairs. Does excellent work and is very respectful of your home. Used a couple times and will always use them from now on with any plumbing issues.

Over the years I've had Doug's replace my furnace/air conditioning unit, a hot water tank, they have even serviced my pool heater. They have always been professional, respectful and quick to respond. They have always done the job right the first time everytime. Great company.
