Brubaker Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I needed a new heating and A/C system for my house and chose Brubaker over the local competition due to brand, price, and experience. Justin in sales was very knowledgeable and great to work with. The install team Jereme and Donnie were awesome: knowledgeable; thorough; fast; and polite. Overall great experience and product, I definitely recommend Brubaker!!

I stopped in and scheduled a appointment to have 1 fireplace repaired and two fireplaces cleaned and maintenanced. She informed me that they were going to send their newest tech out and if he needed assistance he could make a phone call to a more experienced tech. I am in the service and installation business and I understand that it is hard to find good help so I said that was fine as long as he knew what he was doing. He showed up and looked at the fireplace in the kitchen, messed with it a little bit and told me I needed a new gas value and that he would go back to the office and check to see how much it would cost and give me a call. He then stated that he was not going to charge me because he did not do anything or clean the fireplaces like his work order stated. He left and I started messing with it myself and got it going. I called the office and told them To let the tech know not to waste his time looking up the part because I got it working myself and that the valve was fine. A week later I get a bill. I try to call the office and talk to the manager to explain, they put me on hold and came back and told me he was not available. I did not pay the bill. However, they keep sending past due invoices threatening to turn me into collections. I recommend using another company for your fireplace needs.

Brubaker has a beautiful selection of gas fireplace inserts with a great showroom to display. Justin is excellent to work with and to help with design selections and features. We chose a more Modern Mendota for our living room and a Traditional Regency for our family room. We love the look - stunning focal point, the heat turn down features, room temperature controls, and of course the remote! The temperature controls allow us to use the fireplace for fall and spring as well.

Randy was knowledgeable and came out 2 times to make sure everything was working properly. I would rate Brubaker a 10

Our Central Air died... Just let me say that Brubakers in Midland can't be beat ! Prompt service and had problem solved fast. I don't remember the Repairmans name but he was so very courteous and polite. He did a great job. He even had a treat for our Boxer baby. I won't hesitate to call Brubakers in the future if need be.
