I just had my AC unit replaced by Tom R. and Ethan C. of Davison Heating & Cooling. I would like to thank them for being very conscientious and courteous in the entire all day process of installing the unit. They were very helpful in asking my many questions of the unit and the installation process. They were always very professional in the entire all-day process. They were always making sure not to make any type of mess in their installation and were sure to clean up the entire area after installation. You almost could not tell that they were there. It was as if they were not there, other than the great cool air that i have from my new unit. Great job, everyone! Also, i would like to thank Dave S. who came out earlier and gave me a quote on the new unit. He was helpful in telling me on the many options available. Thanks Again to All.

Outstanding Professionalism throughout the entire process! We recently had both systems replaced (AC and Heating) by Davison Heating and Cooling. Dave did a great job evaluating our home, explaining our options (including pricing, current discounts, and rebates) along with providing a very detailed quote. T.J. and Chad were extremely knowledgeable and courteous as they performed the installation and setup. They took great care in protecting our home as they prepped/worked and notified us of any required deviations from our existing layout. At the end of the job they reviewed the systems with us, and also filed our Rebate paperwork with Consumers Energy. Good People.

I am completely satisfied with my new air conditioner! Dave S., the salesperson, was very helpful with answering all our questions and honest in not trying to sell us a unit we did not need. Eric T. installed the unit , making sure that everything was done properly. He was very kind, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend Davison Heating & Cooling!

We recently had three mini splits installed in our home. From the salesperson, Bill S. to the installers, Tom R., Eric T., and Ethan, we had excellent service. The salesperson Bill explained what the installation process would be and discussed placement with us. He answered our questions completely. During the installation, Tom R., Eric T. and Ethan were always considerate and took the time to ask for our input about unit placement and explained where lines would be run. They always put on booties when going from outside to inside the house, which they had to do frequently. They also covered the floors in tarps and vacuumed before they left each day. The installers were knowledgeable worked carefully. We have had many experiences with contractors and these three were excellent.
