Bob was very personable, knowledgeable, sold and installed a water softener system that was right for my needs. Did not try to upsell me anything I did not need, while in fact saving me money with the correct unit based on water test, instead of a larger, more expensive unit I did not need. Fast installation, and professional all the way!

I have hired Bob for many plumbing jobs around the house. From fixing outdoor spigots, repairing leaking shower drains, and even running a water line from the house well to a detached second garage. I'll be honest, he's not the cheapest plumber around however I would hire him again for any plumbing job I have in a heartbeat. I have dealt with (due to warranty requirements) other plumbers for home plumbing jobs and before, during, and after the other plumbers did the work I continually thought "I wish I could have hired Bob for this job". The day he retires I will be heartbroken! Completely, without question, my plumber of choice!
