This company does not return phone calls I doubt the are very good
Be prepared to pay an astronomical rate. I was charged $250 for 30 minutes of work. Thank goodness it didn't take a whole hour at their rate of $500 an hour. I asked for an itemized receipt and was told that's it. Unprofessional and dishonest. Not a good combination for repeat business.
My parents are 93 years old and had this company do some repairs. The pipes broke over the weekend after their repairs; no one answered their phone. Water was everywhere. They came back today and gave my parents an estimate to fix what they had already fixed ($400). The older gentleman was very nasty with my father, who has mild Alzheimer's. My mom called another plumber and the problem was fixed for $150.
