Good guys a little rough around the edge.
I was in dire need of a plumber when my water main valve burst. Called Triple C's, they showed up quick, replaced the valve and gave me a great deal. I'm thankful for their service.
Triple C's is the only way to go for no-BS plumbing work. I've heard so many inflated prices for the work I've considered it's ridiculous! Additionally, Chris is the only one to actually dig in and find the "root" of the problem. It is localized to one spot, 9 feet beneath my tree of course. But he provides comprehensive solutions and fair prices to make these things happen. Don't call anyone else if you can help it!
Wanted get a water pressure sump pump setup installed. I called Chris & he came over 2 days later to look @ the job, that was on a Monday. Told me he could do the work that Wednesday. I texted him on Tuesday asking for a time frame, no answer. I texted him Wednesday morning, still asking for a time frame. After 3 hours I called another plumber who gladly took the job. I texted Chris telling him to cancel, because I had found a plumber who was more responsive. To this day, still no response from Triple C Plumbing and/or Chris. Hence, communication is questionable. I'm not even certain that Triple C (who touts 31 years of experience) is licensed & insured. . . The work I got done by another plumber (who is licensed & insured) is pictured below.
Excellent!! Great service, friendly people! Solved the problem and had it fixed quickly and for a more than fair price!! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!
