Aaron and Devin came out to my home funniest men ever was wonderful having them here did a wonderful job and was very nice people.i would recommend them to everyone. What great people.

Lack of professionalism & communication best describe Young’s Plumbing. I called Young’s & 1st spoke with Bob, a supervisor. He seemed nice enough, & came out the next day to give me an estimate on a sump pump water pressure backup install. . . I had already purchased a Zoeller ½ hp, Zoeller quiet check valve, & Liberty SJ10. Bob told me $580, & I said go. The work got done 2 days later by a journeyman & his apprentice. When they left, I went down to the basement to do a closer inspection. They left a mess of dirt (concrete dust, PVC shavings, wood dust, etc), cut pieces of PVC in the sump pit, custom cut my sump cover without asking 1st, & nothing was plumb. It was out of plumb was so badly that it was easily visible to the naked eye. I called Bob & stated that I expected the work to be plumb & @ right angles. He came back the next day. I showed Bob the work & he said, “Yeah, it’s out of plump a little, but it works.” To which I said, “Seriously, is this the level of professionalism I can expect for $580?” Bob then said he wanted me happy, & would come out to redo the work himself. It has now been 2 solid weeks that I have left Young’s alone, & have heard nothing as of this writing. It is my opinion that Bob hopes that I will just go away. . . VERY unprofessional & dishonorable. This prompted me to go out & buy $20 worth of materials & put in 2.5 hours of my own time to fix the issue. The water feed line is still a little out of plumb @ the bottom, but I am unwilling to spend $100 for a tool it would take to clamp the copper holding bands. IF Young’s and/or Bob had any honor whatsoever, they would return “@ least” a third of the $580 to compensate me for my time fixing their work. Yet, I shall not hold my breath. The picture you see is my redo of their work. . .

I just watched two employees belittle an 80 year old woman after they parked so close to her car in the burger king lot that she couldn't get in. They told her it was her fault and made fun of her. Garbage human beings, and I would not give them my business.

I have a rental home in Michigan and I need someone I can trust to take care of plumbing issues because I am out of state. Young's are excellent Plumbers. They get there quickly and do not go over the estimated price. i would highly recommend them.
