Excellent service and prices.

I had them over to my house in kentwood to upgrade an extremely old electrical box. The price was fair and competitive with others in the area. They did extra work that I was not expecting and when I asked they explained that it needed to be done to keep things up to code. I was not charged extra and I was pleasantly surprised that they took the time to really look at the house as a whole and not just the electrical box as I assumed. We recently moved an hour away from our old house and I had to call them for some work to be done at the new house. I was now 2hrs away from their headquarters but they were happy to oblige. I was met with professionalism and kindness and all of my questions were answered in depth. I now know that I have an electrician that I can call on if I have any issues, I just feel bad that they gotta come all this way out!!

Had them out to clear up a plumbing issue. A few days later water was still backing up so we had them back out. At that point we were told it'd be another service charge to snake the drain even though they clearly hadn't done the job properly the first time. We had to wait another 2 weeks for family who knew what they were doing to help us. We were taking our kids to go to the bathroom at the gas station because toilet water was coming up into our basement. We had to pay to rent a snake from home depot and my husband and brother fixed the issue themselves. Called Cherry Valley to see if they'd make it right and Molly was very unapologetic and rude. Will be investing in our own drain snake for those pesky tree roots.

Tim and Jeff are awesome guys to work with. They redid all the plumbing in my renovation, provided timely service and their rates were reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. Thanks Guys ~ you are awesome!!

Reasonable cost, and most important HONEST! They will tell you when something can be repaired if it means avoiding costly and unnecessary replacement! Important with 13 bathrooms! Have used them for MANY years with NEVER a complaint.
