Perfect Plumbing Sewer & Drain

I have used Perfect Plumbing a few times now. (Chris and Matt) They are by far the best in communication, rate and in the services they provide. They have always been on time and making an appointment was easy. They answer any and all questions you may have and they are genuinely nice people. I recommend 100%. Thank you Perfect Plumbing!

Highly recommend! We've worked with this company for a few projects (snaking and jetting lines, installing tub and vanity), and they are always professional, courteous, timely. Matt and Chris have gone far above and beyond what I would have expected from anyone more than once. They're our go-to for plumbing.

Beware! I called this plumber recommended by my home warranty company to repair my sump pump. I told them what kind of equipment I had installed in my basement when scheduling the appointment style, brand, and model. The plumber came looked at my sump pump and in one minute said "WE DON"T FIX THAT MODEL AND STYLE OF PUMP" WHAT THE F>>> Then they charged me anyway my credit card company reversed the charge and again this plumber charged me again (UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE) they charged my card again 2 months later. They say "free service calls"? So why did they come out or even charge me for a PUMP THEY CAN"T SERVICE? Something is very wrong with this company.

Do not get this company for any plumbing work. Came and looked at my problem took my $75.00 and stated they had to get pre approval from warranty company. Never heard from them again after making numerous calls to their company. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I had read the reviews on this company beforehand.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Filed a service request and actually called them just to verify a time frame for when they'd be out. Understandable with the 2 days of crazy cold temps I expected a wait time which is why I called. They told me thur morning they couldn't be out till fri between 11 and 3. I had no qualms with that. Friday morning rolls around and I hear nothing at all. I ended up calling them at 3 and the guy who answered had no idea about my service appointment. I explained that I called the other day and the company confirmed...after a few minutes of him say no no no he goes oh yea you're right. We will have a guy out there by 5pm. 5pm rolls around nothing, I kept trying to call them from 4:30-6 only to realize they were closed. I lost a half days worth of work $$ because I was told a time frame and they didn't even have the decency to call me and try and reschedule or say they were running late. Horrible company and customer service. Do yourself a favor and find a legit plumber, these guys are clowns and shouldn't be trusted to do honest quality work.
