EMS is AWFUL! It took him almost 6 moths to replace 2 handles on my bathtub and he didn't even install the cover plates over the stems! AND his bill was way over priced, his labor rates are more than local 98 plumbers make AND his material mark up is close to 40%. Forget about asking him for backup on the material because he will not provide any. DO NOT USE EMS PLUMBING!
