I had a special order for VCT that was supposed to be delivered to this location. The order kept getting damaged and they re-ordered on my behalf. The problem with this is that the store did NOT communicate with me at all. So here I am, the customer, thinking that my tile would arrive on a certain date, but the tile won't arrive for another week past that expected arrival. Problem from my customer perspective: I had hired a person to install said tile. With no communication from this store, I am pushed to give them this 1 star, terrible rating for POOR customer service. Yes, I cancelled my tile order.
Just called windows installation department and I believe I was hung up on. I have 8 windows I would like replaced, but clearly they do not want the job.
