I heard water running and saw what appeared to be water gushing from our water heater.It turned out to be the softener hose behind the heater.They came right out and while they were unable to fix the hose ( they didn't carry water softener hoses),they instructed me as to where to turn off the water and bypass the softener.They also told me who to call to get a new hose.The guys were very nice and extremely helpful.I will definitely call them again with our next plumbing issue.A+

Same experience as another reviewer. Call the number, someone answers and then abruptly hangs up on you. Must be nice to run a business where you can be so selective about who you decide to do business with, and not even offer the courtesy of a voice. Why not just let it roll to voice mail and then ignore those instead of the rude hangups?

Arrived an hour after I called to fix a busted water pipe during the sub zero winter freeze. Just needed an easy cut and cap which he did in less than 30 minutes. Waited to make sure everything worked so I had heat. Great company.

Tech Joe installed a backup sump pump that made a horrible noise. He came back with a new check valve. That didnt take care of it. He then installed a second drain pipe. That was the answer to our problem, and at no extra charge. He was great. Its the second time we have used their service.

At my house within an hour, estimate was the same as what I paid, and Mike was great.
