Furnace went out after hours, called and they sent a technician right out, they diagnosed and fixed the issue within the hour. Will definitely call them again.
Called company out per DTE, carbon monoxide leak at deadly levels...technician comes looks quickly, fixes one little issue and leaves without even checking CO levels. DTE says get them back right away, call them again, second round guy ends up finding a couple more small issues and DTE insists they stay till levels are down and mentions the heating exchange but according to the technician it was fine. Charged us $300 too btw, to fix a loosened cap and a wire, and it wasn't even the correct issue. Fast forward to today, and another company comes in and says we are still leaking CO because the heating exchange is cracked!!! Thanks Kalkaska Plumbing and Heating for really caring about my family's safety....I would suggest you get some technicians that are actually qualified. Do not use this company!!!
