Classic Plumbing and Heating LLC

AC unit was leaking water so had someone come out to fix it and after $140 he said it was fixed and less than 24 hours it leaked again. Called and emailed them on Thursday and had no call back or email from them. Emailed the owner and they finally sent someone out to fix it a week later. Then they charge me an additional $85 to fix the problem they didn't fix the first time. The manager said I'll have to pay the $85 and since we lived in East Jordan ( 22 miles from their buissness ) it should've been more money. $100 for the service call and $40 labor for less than 20 minutes of work the first time. Won't be using them again

Above and beyond, compassion and professionalism are a few of the words to describe Jamie and Mike and the company they represent Classic Plumbing and Heating. Not to mention the quality work. They took a difficult situation that my 86 year old father presented for them, handled him as if he was their father. Explained everything to him and reassured him they would take care of him. Doing all this while they were in constant communication with me by phone( I live 4 hours away). This is what you call customer service something that is hard to find in this day and age. Grateful that I came across this company and could never thank them enough for what they did for my father. My father couldn't be happier and is toasty warm for a change. I highly recommend this company for quality work and caring about their customer. Lynn C.

This business doesn't qualify a star rating, after a week and a half my neighbor who lives on a very fixed income still doesn't have Hot water flowing, all the service person(s) did was to pick her up a couple single room heaters to put under the crawl space to thaw suspected frozen pipes, charged her for it and left with no follow up. Her cold water is flowing, so she has that, but the hot still is not. I was asked about 3 days later to come over by my neighbor when a service person showed after her call to ask for a resolution to her problem, to help her understand what the ongoing problem could be, I get accused of "interfering" with the service persons work, a few days later when my neighbor again called for service, by simply moving one the heaters to a different part of the crawl space to try and equalize the heat distribution under the home. Because the service person I talked with had no more idea of what the problem could be than I had, and couldn't offer any other useful ideas to resolve my neighbors problem, when my wife and I ever need a plumber, Classic Plumbing and heating won't even be an option to call.

Thanks for going out of your way to help someone in need, outside your area, who was truly in need. A true humanitarian act.

We had two major leaks in our basement because of plumbing issues on the main level. I called Classic Plumbing and Heating and the tech (Adam) came very quickly, resolved our problem, and the bill was fair and reasonable. We will be using their services in the future!
