Standard Plumbing Heating

We just had them out to install a new Furnace/AC and some other repairs. The guys were great, they showed up when they said they would, completed the job on time, no surprises. Great Job!!!

There name was given to us as a referral from the local hardware store. We had just bought a house in town which had a Boiler system, which we had never had before. Called and asked for them to come check it out and make sure everything was running smoothly for the coming winter. They finally sent someone after more then one phone call was made. The man that came and basically just looked at it wiped some dust off it, and left, saying it was good. That Nov. I had to fly to VA. To help family, my husband drove me to Traverse City airport, in a snowstorm, flight was canceled, had to go a hotel for the night. When my husband drove home the following day, Boiler system wasn’t working, He called Standard Plumbing, the owner came with the man who had first come, the owner had asked this man if had checked the water lines, for air locks, of course he hadn’t. Some of our pipes we’re frozen. They just left. And left it up to my husband to deal with. We called again this October for the owner to come check the boiler, since we payed for a job that hadn’t been done properly. After several phone calls the owner did finally called back, but said he didn’t have time right then to come over, because he had plans to go on a hunting trip. He promised my husband when he returned he would come check the Boiler out. WE’ER STILL WAITING ! HE HAS BEEN A NO SHOW! We had also told him we we’re going to be buying a new furnace, Guess he wasn’t interested!

Very poor service. its obviouse they dont care if you have water or not. ive been waiting a week for my pipes to get fixed and im only left with broken promises of having my water back. Lousy and unreliable
