M&M Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

I am a new returnee to the area and know that my parents used M&M years ago so I gave them a shot when my new home needed a replacement for the pressure tank. The technician was knowledgeable, completely competent to handle all aspects of the replacement (there were original construction issues like no shut offs, bad electrical, etc) and fast. He could have sold me a more expensive tank but instead used a smaller one that was more appropriate for our house and usage. I highly recommend Tim Long and M&M!

Tim is amazing. He didn't have the "right" part, but he made it work safely until he could come back and fix it properly. Super happy!!

After 1.5 weeks without a hot water heater M&M installed my new tankless system. We were very happy with Nick Pappi the installer. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The company came as soon as possible to complete the installation which was much appreciated since other companies in the area told us that they were too busy opening up cottages for the summer season. Seems to me that someone without hot water would jump to the head of the line but I guess those companies are more concerned about people that might not be coming to their summer place for a few weeks. Thanks M&M for taking such good care of us!
