Great people from office to service. Technician Keith, who has serviced my furnace since it was installed and is personable, very knowledgable of the equipment and can easily answer any questions asked. No problems and especially like the detailed online invoice after service.

A/C went out. Whitcher did a service call, got it going but said it would eventually go out again. Which it did a month later. So I called to set up a time for replacement. They did not call back to set a time. So I called a second time and again they DID NOT CALL BACK! So today I called one of their competitors. Whitcher is 2 miles from the house. Do you think I'll ever call or recommend them again?

I wish Whitcher would give lessons to many other companies on customer service. Jacob has come out a couple times recently (and another time a couple years ago) and is always very pleasant, and always asks about our previous problems that he's fixed - making sure everything is still working well. We're always pleasantly surprised at how soon they're able to come out and get us up and running. My review of Whitcher, in one word: Excellent.

We have a boiler and was having some issues with the zones. The technician that came out was very personable and experienced. We are new to the area and just bought our home back in September of 2017. I was very satisfied with the timeliness of the service and the level of professionalism. I am a former contractor and would recommend this company to any homeowner or business.
