Cody S. did a great job and was fast and efficent when I had out of town family and my toilet was leaking. Despite the original work being done by another company inadequatly he was able to fix it and we are flushing away! Also a huge thanks to the office, Randy and Chris for taking care of me quickly before a holiday weekend. YOU ALL ROCK!
The manager Eric was able to address my concerns and make my issues right after a miscommunication on what service was going to be done. Definitely a company with integrity
Called to have new thermostat installed, due to the old one not keeping heat at temps. Worker came out told me thermostat was not working, which I already told them that. Then was billed $120 and no thermostat installed. Then they said for another $450, they could take care of the entire install. But they would have to come back. Walter's and Hemming came out to do this work, and only charged me $150. Team Bob's is a Team joke !!
I was very satisfied with Team Bob's. We had a problem with our furnace that the office was wonderful in trying to trouble-shoot for us. When that didn't work, I had them come out, and the problem was fixed. Our repairman was great! I would definitely use Team Bob's again.
Friendly over the phone and when on the job site, but that’s where the positive ends. After an hour and a half of trouble shooting my newer furnace/home was diagnosed with bad ducting... Highly unlikely I thought since up until now the furnace worked fine. The “Tech” said no charge for an estimator to come out(gee thanks for not charging on an estimate!?). Estimator came out and said ducting was more that adequate. On the original call I was told the trouble shooting would be $115, I paid $170ish for extra time. Post call from Team Bobs: Their quality assurance team responded very swiftly to my initial post. Very professionally contacted me owning up to the mistake and making it right. This kind of response is only found in quality companies. Thanks for Team Bob’s.
