Great service and great people. Friendly, fast and flexible. Highly recommended.
Realized that the tank was long over due to be pumped (first time home owner). The company's tag was on the pipe from the last owner so I figured I would use them. After digging holes for way longer than I would have liked over the weekend, I called them and told then I couldn't locate the cover. It was supposed to be pumped that day. Within about an hour a service truck showed up with two guys with shovels. They dug it up and later that day the pump truck came. When I went outside to reclose my privacy gate I found they had not only put all the dirt back and made it look clean, they closed my gate for me. Everyone I spoke with or talked to was polite and professional. I will use this company again and I will recommend them.
We called in the morning with our drains gurgling and backing up the downstairs shower. They were able to come out that afternoon, inspect the problem and resolved the blockage. Considerate, knowledgeable and very professional. We have used them for over 15 years with no regrets. Thank you Arkie.
We had a last minute emergency of epic sewage overflow proportions at a client's residence, and Arkie Rogers came over asap to check out the problem and fix it up. They ended up having to come twice due to the number of tanks involved, a hassle on their end, but you'd never know it. Arkie Roger's crew arrived rapidly, worked professionally, and with both patience and a smile. Hope you never need to stop sewage from coming out your shower and sink, but if you do (or just need sewage work), give them a call!
Nice people and quick to respond to an emergency call. The gentleman was very helpful at explaining the issue and solution (my pump insert located inside my septic tank had collapsed). He seemed confident that he could do it. That said, the following day Arkie Rodgers couldn’t do it due to “manpower”. When discussed in person the prior day he made it seem that it wouldn’t be a problem. Why the step-back? I’m guessing the boss stepped in and decided the extent of work/difficulty exceeded the profitability. Bottom line, very nice people and seem capable, but in the end profit driven. I understand that’s how a business works, but when there are so few companies that do this work, and with it being an emergency, I think it pertinent that “manpower” be freed up. You can’t claim to be the leading service provider in the area if you are turning down work, especially an emergency. It’s the middle of winter, most excavation contractors are busy with snow removal. On top of that, my return call seeking additional information was not returned. At first I was tempted to switch pumping/cleaning companies, but after this situation that won’t be happening.
