the phone tree is ridiculous .... one transfer to another and nobody has a clue as to what is going on .... ordered windows for home depot to install and they measured them wrong so the contractor had to measure again and return the wrong windows and order the correct size .. 2 weeks later and still no new windows and nothing from home depot either ... this is uncalled for and I am not a happy camper at all ....
