Mr. Turcotte was there for us when we needed help with a clogged kitchen sink drain. He was unable to help us immediately as the blockage was in the basement and he lacked a large enough snake, but he let me know how to fix it and didn't charge me for his time. Later in the day after we did some work following his instructions he came back to install piping under our sink after we decided we didn't want to do that part of the job ourselves. He was quick, professional, and eager to teach a new homeowner. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Mr. Turcotte has done a number of jobs for me and he is very good at what he does! A busy man but if you can catch him at a less busy moment, definitely do so!
