I came home from vacation and found my propane hot water heater was not working - I tried for several hours to relight the pilot light and could not get it to stay on. I called my propane provider (a very large company) and they informed me they could not service the tank for 4 days!! I "Googled" plumbers certified to deal with propane heaters. I left a message with three - Tim called me back within minutes and while he was unable to come that same day (it was after 2 pm when I called), he arrived the next day and came in and out of my basement soundlessly (I am a night nurse and was sleeping - never heard a thing!) I woke up to hot water and a extremely reasonable service charge! Highly recommend Tim for fast, efficient, reliable service at a more than reasonable charge!
