Had a super nice and very honest guy come over to our house and check out our leak in the ceiling. He said it was nothing major and could just be condensation from all the ice melting. We thought it was a free estimate but we were charged a $125 service fee. Kinda bummed about that since he just walked around our attic for 30 mins but other than a miscommunication they seemed really nice.

Turnbull got someone out to me within 6 hours of the phone call, the two that came over where very polite and understanding. Explained everything they where doing and very reasonable on price. Would recommend to anyone/everyone.

Responded to my emergency call quickly and got the job done! We needed a plumber on Christmas morning. I called Turnbull Plumbing and George answered. Thank you so much for your efficiency and effectiveness in solving our problem. And with humor! Highly recommend!!

They're always responsive when we need them in a hurry

If you live in the Bath, Brunswick or surrounding areas and need plumbing service, your best bet is to call these guys. I had frozen waste water discharge pipes I discovered on a Sunday. I called all the local plumbing companies that advertised 24 hr emergency service and none of them said they could help. So I left a message with Turnbull and they called me first thing on Monday morning. They immediately recognized it was an emergency and called some routine work that they had scheduled to reschedule them to fit me in. They arrived that day and fixed the problem. All the guys were very professional and took the time to make sure all was ok. Great guys to work with, but just remember that they're very busy and sometimes they need to shift things around and may not show up at the exact time they said. I'm guessing that's because they're the best plumbing company in the area and have more requests than they can handle. You'd be a fool to call any other plumbing company. Trust me, I tried all the others.
