GP has provided us with outstanding service for the last 16 years that I have been manager of a well known local hotel in York County. They have very qualified staff and they can solve every type of problem. They have a well organized service operation, and can be counted on when you have a sudden outage. The techs are courteous to our customers which is a real plus.
We added central Air Conditioning to our home and I was extremely pleased with the service we received from the entire Garrett-Pillsbury Team- Tom Littlefield coordinated every aspect of the bid, planning and install and Garrett was the installer. He was excellent- thorough, professional and friendly. The admin and front desk team was great to work with. We had to have some additional plumbing work done on several house projects and Rich was our plumber. He was excellent and so nice to work with. The team is really a team who work well together and appreciate each other (I observed it 1st hand). They are professional, competent and very guest/customer focused. Highly, Highly recommend Garrett-Pillsbury. They have a customer for life.
We are so pleased with every aspect of our recent experience with Garrett Pillsbury. From the recommendations,project estimates and the installation, I always felt they were trying to help me get the best value at a reasonable price. We had a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system installed. We worked with Tom as our project representative and he along with all the installation personnel were professional and friendly. Great service. Great response. Very helpful in isolating the flooding caused by a separation of the joint between the street and the house. There within the hour. Repaired within the next hour.
I had to give 1 star, If I could've given "0" I would have. Called for service, person who answered was rude and did not want to help me since I wasn't already a customer. 7/2019 WOW it took 2 years for this company to see my review. A good example of customer service.....
