Pine State Services

Jason was wonderful! He was professional, friendly and did an excellent job replacing the faucet on our bathroom sink. He put on the "boots" each time he re-entered the house & cleaned up the area before he left when finished. He helped us turn on our outside faucet which had us confused with our old basement pipes. We hope he will be able to come back next time we need help with plumbing.

The folks from Pine State (Alex and Steve) put in a new gas boiler for us. From beginning to end (5 days), it could not have been a more positive experience. They told us what was going on the whole way and made sure we were involved in the decision making. When there was a question they couldn't answer, they reached out to someone who could. It was a true team effort.

Pine State is one of the most professional organizations I've come across in years. They are knowledgable, helpful, and their technicians are great at what they do. It's always easy to get a hold of them during business hours, and they really want to get the job done right, which my family and I appreciate. Even in emergency situations, their customer service is top-notch, from the person who answers the phone to the person who fixes the problem. As new homeowners, Pine State has been a huge help. Jeff and Steve did a great job installing four Mitsubishi units (and a condensing unit), under challenging conditions, in our home. I am very pleased with their work and Pine State Services. They were professional, helpful (they listened to what we wanted) and efficient. Great job.

I think most of the other reviews are fake. Stay away from that company!!! I needed to connect my gas range. Everything was ready, it was a 5 minutes work. The technician spent more time trying to reach his boss and have a quote, than what it would have taken to connect the range. They wanted to charge me $300!!!. Best Buy charges $150, and I called another plumber who did it for $80. I prefer working with honnest people.
