I had the pleasure of working with Gelinas recently to have a utility sink installed in my basement. The plumbing manager, Gary, was able to come over and take a look at things a few days after I called. He quoted me a very reasonable price and was able to schedule the installation for the following week. Eric took care of the installation and was a polite young man and a diligent worker. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Gelinas if you need any HVAC or plumbing-related work done around your home.

Had a leaky kitchen sink in a house my fiance and I just bought. I called and Gelinas came by the day we called and fixed the issue. They completed the job quickly and it came out looking great. I fully recommend them.

Dear Mr. Zandan, Just wanted to express my appreciation for a job well done by your team. I recently had a Fujitsu multi-unit installed in my cottage and so far am very pleased. When I first called your office I reached a gentleman, last name Niles, who directed me to Matt Tilas, and then a few calls later dealt with a very pleasant lady Diana who was always helpful. Matt came to the house just before the 4th of July holiday and spent time discussing the options and ultimately convinced me to go with the system I purchased. He definitely got the job due to his patience and willingness to put in a system I would be happy with. I explained that I was hesitant about mini splits because of all the supply lines running up the exterior of the house. More of an aesthetic issue He assured me the lines could be run through the interior including all the way to the second floor. He has been responsive to every email and question I have posed. I would have never know all the options without his willingness to explain. I did have a second company give me a proposal and although they were less expensive, the salesman was not as creative as Matt and did not follow up as Matt did. Cam and Brian were the installers. The days that they were there, they could not have worked harder and more carefully. They were they when they said they would be and spent long days there. Again they worked extremely hard the entire time. I am sure it wasn't the easiest installation but that did not seem to deter them. Any time there was a question about where a unit would sit, or a detail about the layout, they'd ask before taking the step. Once it was completely installed they walked me through the system and patiently answered all my questions. I asked Cam about final payment and he very professionally spoke of my options. Seems like he has a bit of a business side to him and it was refreshing to deal with such a polite guy. On the last day , Matt and Mr. Niles arrived to inspect the system and once again, were informative and attentive. This Monday I received the warranty info from Fujitsu , which was a sign to me that your office processed this info in a very timely manner. I also received a receipted copy of the invoice. All the correspondence from your company has been very clear and timely. My apology for such a long email, but in a field where service is key, I very well know its impotence and wanted to express my appreciation. . You and your team have got it right. Don't bother calling. They are not accepting new clients - not even offering appointments scheduled in the future. They should update their website. Very disappointing.

The tech called me ahead of time to let me know he was going to be late due to another appointment running over. I really appreciated that. Once he did make it to the house he did what he was asked quickly and efficiently.
