This spring we experienced sewer problems, being an elder couple in our 80’s, we had no clue what to do! We found a list of local city approved companies, one of which was Nicholas Plumbing and Heating. We contacted them and they came right over. Once they arrived they evaluated the problem and explained everything to use so we could understand what exactly what had to be done. They also gave us an estimate of $3,500 less than any of the other competitors. They were very professional, showing up on time, and they turned a two-day job into a day job. When it came time to square up they only charged for the work they actually did, which came in $2,000 below the estimate. Meaning we saved about $6,000 going through Nicholas Plumbing and Heating. We would recommend this company to everyone that requires their services. Five Stars!!

They replaced my sump pump that failed, no charge for pump cuz under warranty. Only cost was labor. They called me back 30 minutes later and said they were dropping labor charges--must have been installed wrong to begin with. Unbelievable! They have gained a lifelong customer. Good work and honest!
