This is the second time I am using this company. Great people doing great job. Did perfectly everything I asked for, and more. Affordable. Will call with out hesitation if there will be a need.

Polite, on time, and honest. I own a vintage ranch in central Tucson, which has needed some plumbing repair over the last few years. On The Way Plumbing has always come through with an accurate diagnosis and excellent repairs. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I had the luck of having to replace all the sewer pipes in our house due to age and them collapsing. It was stressful even to fathom. We had several companies out for an estimate. Sergio’s (On the way plumbing) estimate was the most reasonable and had the fastest turn around time. I am so grateful that we decided to go with Sergio. He was kind and professional. He did a great job and treated our home with the utmost of care. He kept us updated the whole way through the process. He even treated my dog with kindness. I would 100% recommend Sergio to do any work you need.

Sergio replaced the main water valve and the PRV. He explained it part of it and offered that when the PRV failed in a few years, we could get a replacement for the inner parts and repaired that ourselves. Very professional and will use again for any plumbing issues.

Sergio was highly recommended. He was prompt and gave us good advice on the best options. We will certainly call on him for any future needs.
