Southern Maine Pump & Filter has met and exceeded our needs on multiple occasions. David installed our water softener and ultraviolet purification system. Service was quick, courteous, and very reasonably priced, and there was follow up in each case to make sure things were functioning as promised and to see if we had any questions. David returns our calls promptly, diagnoses our issues with a Jedi-like accuracy (we've had some interesting ones!), and is extremely helpful with any water-related inquiry we throw his way. I recommend his service with the utmost confidence.
I was referred to Southern Maine Pump by another pump outfit that did not do the type of work I needed and it was the one of the best referrals I have ever received. Dave (Owner) knows his business. 10 minute into our initial telephone conversation I knew he knew his stuff. He did a new well point and pump system for my Wells Maine home and all is working great. Don't bother looking elsewhere. Dave is serious about doing quality work, knows what to do and I thought charged reasonable prices.
Dave was amazing! We sent him a photo of our camp well pump and he showed up with the parts we needed to get things working. An hour later we had water and he even showed me how to winterize it for the upcoming season. Best $150 I ever spent, especially after another company quoted us $3,500 for an entire new system. Can't say enough good things about this company!
