Had a furnace and ac put in. They did excellent work and were by far the best price.
They told me multiple times they would send someone out to fix a broken part they have installed. Called multiple times and waited a couple weeks. Doesn’t seem interested in fixing their work.
Installed my 90% HE Utica boiler. Bar none, best price and I shopped around extensively. The HVAC technicians were very nice and skilled and returned my home in the condition they found it. Mr. Flanagan Sr. and Jr. are very customer oriented. Also provided an estimate for ductless A/C and mini splits.
Flanagan is a good plumber. They even did the last work at my business Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation at 7527 Harford Rd without charging me. The plumbers are friendly and do quality work. I highly recommend.
Have used Flanagan twice, once for a new HVAC system at home, and recently for plumbing work at a renovation project. Great people and great workmanship.
