ASAP Pumping Services

I just called and needed septic service at my apartment complex and spoke with a very nice lady that took my information and had a driver call me back... I also asked her what is the price because I know it's after hours and may be more than what I am used to paying, she said $210 and I agreed. A little while later I received a call from the driver. Now first he sounded high or maybe drunk... I truly don't know, but something was wrong. He started with all these questions, and more questions and more questions... Just basically trying to find a reasreason to charge me more or not come.. Then after the million slow questions he said after hours I'm looking at a minimum of $345.. I'm not crazy ,I pay $200 every time for this small septic tank I would not even mind if that was the price . But when I am quoted a price, then someone calls back & sounds that way & pushes the price to $345..I CANNOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!! I am a retired army staff sergeant and a small business owner & I know good business. . That's not it

The lady I spoke with when I first called was very rude. I could barely get out of my mouth about what was going on. She said I will have a driver come by to pump my septic since that's what I thought could be wrong. This was last Thursday. They never charged my card or anything. I had to call again yesterday because the same issues started to arise. She sounded so annoyed that I was calling again. Come to find out when they came out Thursday they never pumped the septic and nothing was wrong other then a clog. And she said she would have someone come out again. Once the guy got there he seemed so annoyed that he had to come back out. Would barely let me talk to explain what was going on. He was very rude. I asked who I would need to call if it keeps happening and hes like a plumber its not what I do. He did show me what to go if it happens again which was nice. He said it would be 135. Im like okay thats fine. I check my bank account and it was 235. I will not be going to them anymore. The staff is very rude and just jump to conclusions without hearing what was going on.

Late on a Sunday night, we were expecting family coming from out of town to stay overnight and our toilet started bubbling...our septic needed to be pumped. We called an emergency septic # and they couldn't find a driver, so we called ASAP and they had someone at our house within the hour and they didn't gouge us in price because it was after hours. We highly recommend ASAP. Thank you so much for helping us out of a very bad situation!
