The guys have done lots of jobs for us over the years. They always are quick to respond, especially on emergency work. My AC went out on a Saturday night this summer and I was able to get someone that night and they had it fixed the next morning. My water heater went out and we were able to get it replaced next day. They are very accommodating with special requests and won’t push any one brand or approach. They do excellent work and will be my first call on just about any job.

Fantastic service! We needed the first floor air conditioning replaced and F & D responded promptly and were there the same day because it was the hottest day of the year! They even cut the bushes around my outside air unit! The installers were really nice and answered every question. Customer service followed up and made sure that we were satisfied and that the unit was working. I highly recommend Farnen & Dermer for your air conditioning.

They had a technician out next day (I called late in the day) and were ready to bring in a team the day after that! The team that came in to do our replacement (which we knew was coming soon) were friendly and explained things as I came over occasionally to poke around. The new system is humming along nicely and better than ever! Thanks F&D!

I have a rental property and the AC went out, 15 years old. I called to get several bids for replacement on Tuesday. F&D came to do the estimate within an hour of calling. I had a written proposal immediately. Zach was very prompt and communication was smooth. After reviewing all bids, I found that F&D was the best value. I called them back the next day to purchase with F&D. They scheduled for Friday. Brand new unit purchased and installed in the middle is summer within 3 days is impressive.

When our air conditioner died, we wanted to get something that will last. They analyzed our house structure and gave us reasonable options that were efficient. Twice a year they come out to tune it for the season. Very satisfied.
