Arctic Plumbing & Air

I was lucky enough to pick Arctic out of a sea of choices. We had been without heat for several days after BGE and my warranted service could not figure out my electrical problem. Go figure. Kameron was my service tech with Arctic and took care of the install of breaker and wiring to our heater that got us back up and running again. He was pleasant with my wife when I could not be there and explained every step he was doing, easy to understand. Electricians are never a cheap way to go, but when your dealing with your breaker panel and wires inside your walls, it's a no brained for me. Arctic and Kameron took care of our issues in 2 visits but about as painless as possible given the failed attempts of 2 prior services, 1 listed above. I highly recommend Arctic.

Unfortunately i am unable to comment on the quality of work this company offers, as my service call was pretty much ignored for 3 weeks. I needed copper piping replaced in an office to resolve a leak issue. Paid a deposit for the service on 5/29 for the work to be completed on 6/2. I received notice from the superior of the office the work had not been completed on 6/14! I requested my deposit back and was going to find another company, but Sheena (the manager) ensured me we could reschedule for 6/21 at 6 AM, in which i had an employee come in at 6 AM to open the office for Arctic Air to complete the work. By 8 AM, i was informed no one showed up. I called and asked for Sheena and she informed me the tech was hospitalized ( I completed understand) but that they're schedule was jam packed and wouldn't be able to reschedule until later in the week. Being that this was job ignored from 5/29-6/14, and forced to reschedule weeks later, i would assume professionally that this emergency leak could be treated as a priority. I requested my deposit once again, and Sheena agreed and said she would call me back in an hour to confirm reimbursement. She did not. I called back for confirmation. Lack of communication and unprofessional-ism is the sole reason i will not use this company and would not recommend. i chose them based positive reviews, and felt it necessary to share my experience.

The guy that came to fix my fauset wasn't professional. After he left he switched between the hot water and the cold water, also he said the problem is worst, then it was, dishanesd,

Don't waste your time with this outfit! We Contacted this company for service on word of mouth referral. Soonest appointment. I could get was 6 days. One day later got call from office that they had to reschedule. Rescheduled for one day later. A little after five, the day before rescheduled appointment got another call that they had to reschedule again. I cancelled appointment altogether, and went with another company? Can't speak for their plumbing work, but they are unreliable in keeping appointments! Don't waste a week waiting for them like I did.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED-OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE ARE HONEST FOR LESS$ They sent a PAST DUE Invoice 6 months later after we told them never mind-They never did any work. They were quick to schedule initial diagnostic visit and provide estimate. Charged $100.00 just to show up and tell me compressor was bad and provide a $1900.00 estimate. 2nd opinion from another company who actually looked up the bad compressor and let us know it was still covered under warranty: They only charged 400.00 Labor to install NOT $1900.00... I NO OPINION ON THEIR WORK PERFORMANCE. -
