Called with an emergency (broken sump pump on a rainy day). Their crews were all booked, but Debbie took the time to provide alternative phone #'s for plumbers they recommended. Also said that if a crew returned early they would give me a call to see if help was still needed. She went "above and beyond" trying to help, whereas other people I called simply said "no, we are booked. Sorry." Kudos to Debbie for great customer service.
