These people are incredible - always on time - very courteous - knowledgeable and reasonable. I have used them multiple times and I will continue to call them whenever I need something. They go WAY overboard to be nice and they are just wonderful.

I had some irrigation system problems, and Casear came out to investigate - and was able to solve my problems. He was so pleasant and courteous - very easy to work with and understood what I needed, and communicated to me everything he needed to do. I will definitely use Singletary again and highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a home at Trilogy in Peoria. The home had a water softener which we have not had one before. Joey came out and repaired a toilet then explained the entire plumbing process to me regarding water softeners. He was very knowledgeable and made it easy to understand. Thank you Joey for taking time to explain you have outstanding customer service skills.

I used this company for years and referred a lot of friends and customers their way. Their service has gone down hill badly and are unable to fulfill their promises. Very poor response times on pricing with questions and clarifications. This appears to be affecting staff because "attitudes" are now common place. I wish they would open their eyes and realize the negative they are creating with established customers.

Singletary Plumbing has been our plumber for several years. They stand by their work. The service technicians are always competent and pleasant. They show up on time. Their work is high quality. Randy is fantastic.
