I don’t have enough good things to say about the service I received today from Welgard. We called them first thing in the morning (between 8-9) because the water had suddenly shut off. After quickly locating my file and allowing me to renew my warranty, they walked me through a quick diagnostic to try and determine what the problem was. Within an hour I got a call from a technician (Cody) telling me he was going to pick up some equipment and be right over by 11-11:30. Cody was extremely efficient, clean, polite and pleasant to work with (he didn’t even stop working when it started pouring rain outside) . He kept me in the loop every step of the way and was able to switch out the pump in my 500ft well same day to get the water back on. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone that has a well on their property since as I learned today, a problem can arise at any time and when least expected. Excellent customer service and excellent response time - 5 stars all around!

Welgard offered exceptional service after we discovered a problem with our water. Our well pump needed to be replaced and Welgard sent a crew within 24 hours. Additionally, they provided a same day landscape crew to remove a tree that was too close to the well. We were so glad we were covered under the Welgard plan as this would have been a lofty repair that our family wasn’t prepared to financially handle. Thank you Welgard for being our go to Well Warranty company. Phil and his team are bar none the best in the business!

We received a Well Guard warranty from our Long & Foster Realtor, Brad Cox, as a housewarming gift and boy are we glad we did! Finally a warranty that actually works! We called the Well Guard people shortly after moving in to find out about our system. Turns out it was our water quality equipment and they referred us to a great company. When the tech came out he discovered a leak in our pressure tank. We were heading out of town the next day so we turned off our water and planned on getting in touch when we got back. Wow! By the time we got back it was already scheduled to be replaced. Excellent service and follow up. Highly recommend this company and their product.
