If I could give zero stars I would. Didn't complete the job and come to find out he's not licensed! He used someone else's license number. Since the work was not complete we had a major leak that had to rip up the entire bathroom. All this cause he didn't complete the job. Also the "contract" he wrote come to find out is invalid cause 1) he's not liscenced so cannot write a contract and 2) no where on the contract is a license number which after research the state requires the number on the contract!
