Dependable and Trustworthy. A good group of guys getting all of those plumbing/heating needs addressed the first time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for local good quality work in the area. Family owned and operated.

Very dissatisfied. They did not itemize the time they spent doing the repairs, no estimate. Was charged for two plumbers and one couldn't even identify that the hot water heater was leaking and rusted out of the bottom(and told us it was ok) I would not recommend this company to anyone. Find another plumber.

The McDowell's do quality work, always get things fixed right the first time, and are completely trustworthy. I'm never afraid of leaving them alone in my house. Their prices are pretty competitive as well.

If I could give no stars I would. I recently had McDowell plumbing do some very simple, minor plumbing repairs at my new home. Not only was I disappointed to find that both leaks were still present upon my reinspection, Mike McDowell came out and looked at his work and basically told me, well I tried to fix it (and charged accordingly, $150 for one hour) but now I think the outside hose bib (hydrant) is to old for repair and isn't even the correct one. WOW... Unbelievable, why would he attempted to repair this to begin with if that was the case?? Totally unethical business practice. A repair industry standard that would have eliminated this whole issue is verifying the repair upon completion. Guess you have to take pride in your work for that to happen. Thats how I was raised anyway, your name is only as good as your work!! Wouldn't recommend them to plunge my toilet!!
