I’ve dealt with this company before several years ago but it was a different owner and I decided to call a again. The receptionist was nice took my information and told me the time and who would be coming to fix the problem. The service personnel contact me and arrived on time to go over what was needed to be done and the cost of repair. Every thing went well and I was pleased with the service.

Plumber was very professional in interactions. He came out before to provide an estimate with no pressure. He showed up when he said he would and pretty much did what he said he would. He kept me informed of any changes or new developments and provided me with multiple options to pursue. I definitely left with a positive image of Roto-Rooter and will look to use them again in the future.
