Michael & Son Services

We had out annual AC inspection today and Jose was a fantastic tech. Overall things were fine but he did bring some issues to our attention that would improve the function of our unit. We opted for coil/compressor cleaning and the installation of a new thermostat and we are both very pleased with the level of service and professionalism. Jose answered any question we had and was overall a pleasure to work with.

Chris from Michael & Son just left my home and I would like to say that he was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. The first thing he did was cover his shoes, that means a lot -- no tracking outside dirt into my home. Also, unlike some others, he did not try to push extra products for my system on me. He made a suggestion, but let me decide without further pressure. That's another plus for him! Overall, Chris is an excellent representative for Michael & Son and I highly recommend his services.

Jose was very knowledgeable about the brand of air conditioning system we own; provide excellent customer service. He took great care to explain the nature of the problem and his recommendations to resolve the problem. I highly recommend Jose!

The service tech Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. He went over all the details of the service plan, made recommendations, and performed diagnostics to make sure the A/C systems were operating properly. I highly recommend Michael & Son!!!
