My company uses them as our primary plumbers. If you get a morning appointment your golden. If you get an afternoon chances are they will be late. With that said its worth the wait. They get it right every time and are quick with the repairs. I would definitely use them on my personal home if ever needed.

Out of all the contract work i have experienced, this was an outstanding experience. First, Erica and Haley in the office explained everything clearly from start to finish and handled an questions my family had with finesse. I was super impressed with the two installers named Justin and Jose and i would recommend requesting them if your contract is applicable to what they do for D.W. Bahr. What my family assumed would be a cut and dry install was not but because of the skilled hands, ingenuity, and thoughtfulness put into the job, Justin and Jose gave us our only option in my particular situation, which would give me hot water, avoid redesigning the original space for a fortune, and bring everything up to code. I have not seen work ethic displayed such as theirs very often in our current times, and again, they explained everything simply, effectively and showed a great amount of professionalism. i highly recommend D.W. Bahr , the above employees i have mentioned, and i hope you all have a wonderful experience the same as i have had.

Called after being referred by my hot water heater company and was told I would be contacted to schedule an appointment. I called back the next day when I still hadn't heard and was told they wouldn't be able to work with me. The woman who answered the phone was quite condescending.

Don't bother calling, they won't show up.
