Very responsive and easy to work with company. The dispatcher kept me up to date with arrival times and gave me almost 2 hours notice that they'd arrive a bit later then my 4 hour window. That's very customer centric. The service providers were personable and clear with their findings. I'll use them again

Extremely professional. Helped me determine my AC unit needed to be replaced in my rental unit from a distance. Continued to work with my renter to get a new AC unit installed very quickly. Helped with 0% financing application (12 months) too. Both tenant and landlord are very happy!

Jay has worked with us at both our old house and our new house, he is always kind and considerate of our home and our time. He’s personable, super knowledgeable and always honest about the scope of work. They come with a book with every possible issue listed and an exact price, so you know they’re not trying to get one over on you with cost. The office staff is always great and helpful and I couldn’t recommend Air Plumbing and Heating (specifically Jay!) any more! Truly wonderful to do business with!
