Adam is fabulous! First of all, you would not expect these qualities in a plumber: Soft spoken, kind, generous hearted. I refer to him as the Zen Plumber. I texted him on a Friday night to tell him that the sink he worked on a few years before had started leaking. He came out Saturday morning. We discovered that the part that was installed wrong was the finishing touches my handyman had done when installing a new sink. Even though it wasn’t his work, he fixed it for free! What surprising and amazing customer service!
