After receiving a quote to replace our water heater from another company, I was desperate for a second opinion. James from Precise came out and gave us a fair quote and replaced the heater on the spot. He was professional, timely, and cost efficient. James was great! He was on-time, respectful, knowledgeable and I love that he had his own Pro-Press cooper gun. Owning that, shows you are very dedicated as I know they are expensive tools. I absolutely recommend him and his work. We plan to call him when we remodel our basement.
