Team was Francois, Jose and Roldo What turned out to be a very difficult situation was expertly diagnosed, cleverly managed by an expert team of professionals to a positive conclusion despite very hot/humid weather conditions. While operating the Bobcat, Francois was exceptional and performed the dig in a tight grassy area bypassing the more obvious option of using the wide driveway with paver bricks that would add additional time for removal and preservation of the pavers and added expense for us to then replace the pavers. Could not be more positive in recommending Haynes for future jobs. They showed up on time and were very courteous and exceeded our expectations. A great Homeserve asset.
I called Haynes because it was close. They showed up on time to repair 2 toilets that were running constantly. He stayed about one hour. But both toilets were running worst than before I called. On the second visit they sent a knowledgeable person who corrected the problem in a few minutes. Thank you Paul. .
They had to dig up my yard to repair a pipe, and that went well. The plumber they sent to do the repair was veyv nice (the only reason they're getting 2 stars) However, they left my yard looking terrible, with a huge mound with a hole in the middle. I called them for MONTHS asking them to come and fix it. They finally sent someone out to take pictures, after a month of me calling. The gentleman said that they backfilled it improperly, and that someone would be out to fix it. Here it is over 6 months later, my yard still looks terrible! No one ever returns my phone calls, the young girl answering the has no clue what to do, and refuses to let me speak with a manager. Not sure what kind of business practices they're used to, but this is ridiculous. Will definitely not be using this company ever again.
A tech came out and provided a diagnostic but no work. Put me off to someone else for me to par for a pipe repair but pipe repair is covered.
