In early February I called RotoRooter and was put on hold for 4 minutes (an ETERNITY WHEN YOUR BASEMENT IS FILLING WITH WATER). I hung up and called back and scheduled service. They told me it would be about 2 hrs for a technician, meanwhile, I had a broken pipe spewing water everywhere! I told the woman we'd be swimming in two hours. The operator was nonchalant at best. I refused service, hung up and called North River Plumbing. He IMMEDIATELY instructed me on how to turn off the water and stop the damage. He knew and understood my most pressing need. He walked me on how to identify the main water valve in my house and how to turn it off. My stress level dropped immediately. I highly recommend this company! He's great.

Great plumber!!! First time I used his services for a leak in my basement, he came to my house less than an hour after I placed the call and fixed it quick. The second time I needed help with my bathroom plumbing. He came and fixed everything properly and was very informative. Definitely recommend!!!
