Had a new AC, heater and water tank fitted in 2012 with 5-yr warranty costing over $10,000. First the wiring melted inside the unit (which could of caused a house fire). They did come out to fix (72 hours later), however upon fixing I received a bill from BGE for $700. It was a cold winter so thought 'jeez' ....however in December and January I received a bill for 1040 and $1,200! BGE inspected my house and could not find a fault. I called Steve, at first he said he would come asap, but did sigh when I mentioned my address. He never did show or return my phone calls. I eventually hired to take a look who found the issue straight away - it was wired wrong. They documented how SE Green had wired my Heat Pump incorrectly so that AUX heat would always be on! A/C did not work past summer. Again no return phone calls. Now heat does not work yet again. Tried calling several times a day, left messages and nothing. 10,000+ of my money (not including excessive BGE bills and cost of repairs) down the drain. Scam artist. Cant say more as I am considering legal action.
