Bruce Solomon Plumbing Heating-Air

I have used Bruce Solomon plumbing for 12 years (my parents used them from over 20 years ago) and they always do an outstanding job. They are very polite on the phone, and our technician Danny (who has been coming for 12 years) is always honest, upright, and a true pleasure to deal with. Bruce, the owner an incredible honest guy, has given me countless hours of advise on everything from plumbing and beyond. They are always 100% honest in there dealings, and this is especially important in a plumbing company. Yes, they are not the cheapest in town, but looking for top quality, I have been very happy with Solomon plumbing. Update: 6/19 We had water leaking from our boiler relief valve and a couple of different other companies had no idea why it was leaking. We replaced the relief valve and this did not help. We were spinning our wheels. Two other companies thought the expansion tank was not in the correct place and that would solve the problem. Bruce Solomon figured out this puzzling situation, and saved us lots of time money and headache. Solomon plumbing to the rescue!! (Danny was once again amazing).

I am very pleased with the work done by Bruce Solomon Plumbing Heating-Air. Lenny did an outstanding job diagnosing the plumbing problem, took the time to walk through the options, provided honest assessment and advise and installed exactly what I was looking for. He was on time, came prepared to work, left the work space clean and made sure I was satisfied with the job before he left.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. I needed serious help since my unit was leaking water into a neighbor's ceiling. They came out right away, made an honest assessment of the problem, and got to work right away. The people on the phone and my plumber Lenny were courteous, professional, and super efficient. I'll definitely use them again.

Could not be any happier with the service we received across the board from Bruce Solomon Plumbing. About a month and a half ago, a slow leak started in front of our house near the water meter - after a month of back and forth with Baltimore City, they told us it was our problem and responsibility to have a plumber out to fix, so we sent in a request. They were incredibly prompt in having someone (Lenny) out to evaluate and give us an estimate. Ultimately, what they discovered was that our main water line (galvanized steel) would need to be replaced - however, Lenny spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with Bruce before coming back and giving us his and Bruce's combined opinion that this was, in all likelihood, still related to a problem coming off the meter that the city should address, and gave us recommendations for how to accomplish that. Lo and behold - there was a crack in the part of the pipe the city was responsible for, which they repaired. We did ultimately need to have the main line then replaced following the work the city did, as we were not getting any water when the repair was done - but when we called to let them know this, they bent over backwards to get a team out as quickly as possible to replace our water main and restore water to our house. I had the opportunity to speak with Bruce himself during the process, and it was clear that he and his entire team genuinely care about the work that they do. The job ended up being done incredibly quickly and perfectly - we could not be happier with the end result, and we will absolutely be calling them again for any needs in the future. From Marlene and Victoria in the office, to Lenny and his team, to the subcontractors who came out to do the backhoe work, to Bruce himself - we felt incredibly well respected and taken care of, and so fortunate to be in such good hands!
